You may have arrived from Terri ’s blog. She had a wonderful project!
Project Description
This month’s blog hop theme is December holidays, but I couldn’t limit myself to just one holiday. I have a card for Christmas and one for the New Year, both using the same design. These accordion cards feature the Alphabest stamp set (#158884) and the accompanying Best Label Punch (#158885).
The card uses an accordion design, with the letters of the message on different panels of the card. The card is a standard 4¼ ” by 11″ base, scored every inch along the long side to create the panels of the accordion. The card is folded zig-zag fashion. The letters on the card were stamped individually and then punched out with the Best Label Punch. I added a coordinating piece of DSP behind the letters to build more contrast with the primary DSP on the card.
The New Year’s card uses the same technique, substituting a different pattern from the Celebrate Everything DSP. To balance out the letters on the panels, I added an exclamation point at the end.

Very festive cards – and a great fun fold idea! Thanks for sharing!
What a fun fold!
Yes, Traci, this fold looks like a real fun fold. Both cards look gorgeous and the use of the alphabet bundle is inspired.
